3.6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.   • Re-delivery: In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery due to customer error or unavailability. Alphamega’s terms, for instance, specify charges for failed deliveries due to customer absence.27 Having a clear policy on this protects the business from incurring repeated shipping costs.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, and we are unable to contact you to arrange re-delivery within a reasonable timeframe, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the product cost, less the original shipping charges and any return-to-sender fees incurred by us.

3.8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@naphair.cy.net or call +357 22 323 153. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage to the product and packaging. We will then advise on the returns process for the damaged item, which may involve a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.21 Setting a reasonable timeframe for reporting damage (e.g., 48 hours, or up to 15 days for aesthetic defects as per Electroline 15) is important for timely claim processing with couriers.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking information indicates an issue, please contact us. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

3.9. Click & Collect

NAP Hair Collection Co Ltd does not currently offer a Click & Collect service. All orders are dispatched via our courier partners to the delivery address specified by the customer.

If we introduce a Click & Collect service in the future (e.g., from our premises at Riga Fereou 42, Tseri 2480), this policy will be updated with details on how to select this option, processing times, collection hours, and requirements for collection.11 Click & Collect can be a cost-effective option for local customers and the business.
